Maximize Your Weight Loss with Hypnosis

Losing weight can be a challenge for many people and sometimes we need a little help to achieve our goals. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful adjunct to help support you in reaching your ideal healthy lifestyle. This article will share more insight in how hypnotherapy works to help you reach your goals. 

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to help people put an end to unwanted cravings and emotions and change their behavior to establish a healthier lifestyle. It can be used to address many issues, including weight loss. 

When you are in hypnosis, you are in a state of deep relaxation where you have communication and responsiveness with your subconscious mind. In this natural state, your mind is open and receptive to taking in powerful suggestions that work for your highest intent. This makes it the perfect time for positive change.  

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is very relaxing, enjoyable and safe for everyone who chooses to do it. You will feel relaxed mentally but aware of everything that's going on around you and in fact, you will remember the entire session. 

What happens in a session?

During the first session your hypnotherapist will:

  1. Discuss your goals with you so they are clear on what issues need to be resolved during hypnosis. 

  2. Determine a customized program

  3. Use hypnosis and other therapeutic modalities to support you in reaching your goals

Future sessions will continue to evolve and be customized and specific for your unique needs. Many of my clients work on gaining control over cravings, establishing  an active lifestyle that they enjoy and clear limiting beliefs.
